In this dynamic and rapidly evolving context, our Tech School operates at levels of excellence: we select people with high potential, we support the development of skills required on new technologies, we promote certifications useful to generate an innovative profile and aligned to the demands of the ICT market, we encourage the growth of NTS.
HOW DOES IT WORK
In close cooperation with our clients, we analyze, design and implement high technology training programs, we carefully select candidates by researching the potential that can be developed and the soft skills characteristics that are indispensable for this path, in order to create closed-number classes.
OBJECTIVE
To train professionals ready to face the new demands of the ICT world, with solid technological skills and problem solving skills: we bridge the gap between school preparation and the skills required by the world of work.
PATH
All our paths are aimed at hiring, at becoming an eN-Pro, a member of our consulting team. You will live a direct experience with the world of work that awaits you by alternating classroom training for technological learning and real Project Work that you will develop in our laboratory.
Strenghts of our Tech School
You will be mentored by a pool of experts at your disposal: classroom lecturers for the development of technological and non-technical skills, tutors for on-the-job activities and HR to support and guided you along the way. All of them will assist you by monitoring your progress and validating your skills and encouraging continuous feedback.
On completion of the course, the final assessment will give you access to personal technology certification that will attest your level of competence.

To who we turn
The Tech School is open to everyone, completely inclusive without any discrimination. Each training session is limited in number, because we want to select among all candidates the people with the highest potential, the most promising, the talents.
New high school graduates, new degree graduates or people who want to change their lives by finding a defined path for their working career: our Tech School is intended for all of them.
In all participants we look for the passion for computer science, the ability to collaborate to work in a team, the curiosity to learn in a continuous way, the creativity to propose ideas.

The training will take place from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and attendance is compulsory
On-The-Job Training sessions will take place in our lab and if you know how to stand out you can access sessions in enterprise work environments.
At the end of the course, once you have reached the optimal level of training, you will be able to access the technological certification that confirms your official preparation.
